- Photos you upload for AI processing across our 14+ tools
- Generated content (photos, videos, graphics) and processing preferences

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to:
- Generate AI content using our 14+ tools (headshots, product photos, UGC, virtual try-on, etc.)
- Create and manage your account
- Process payments and manage your credits
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Improve our AI models and service quality
- Protect against fraud and abuse
Important: We Never Use Your Photos for Training
Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not use your photos to train our AI models or share them with third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in this policy. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With your consent or at your direction
- With service providers who assist us in operating our service (cloud storage, payment processing)
- To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights

4. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your personal information. Your photos are securely stored on Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted within 30 days after processing (unless you explicitly save them).
- Generated content (photos, videos, graphics) is stored indefinitely for your access and download.
- You can permanently delete any data at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
- Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access and update your information
- The right to delete your account and associated data
- The right to data portability
- The right to object to processing
7. Third-Party Services
Our service uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, you are subject to Google's Privacy Policy in addition to ours. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive access to your Google Photos or other data.
